Scheduled group training sessions are for research students and staff only.
Group training details can be found under the HDR section of Student Hub, and in the staff view of MyUniSC.
Academic can request group training sessions for a timetabled tutorial.
For individual training and all technical help, we direct users to Clarivate Support.
UniSC network PCs generally have EndNote installed already (including all computer lab machines).
UniSC staff and research postgraduates: If your UniSC PC (or MacBook) does not appear to have EndNote installed, contact IT Services (x1237) and they will deploy it to your machine.
To start EndNote:
Some campus computers will have an EndNote icon on the bottom taskbar. If not click Start and choose EndNote Program from the program list.

To install Endnote on a UniSC laptop, go to Software Centre and choose Endnote and install.
Make sure that all Microsoft applications are closed before you install.
