UniSC network PCs generally have Endnote installed already (including all computer lab machines).
UniSC staff and research postgraduates: If your UniSC PC (or Mac) does not appear to have Endnote installed, contact IT Services (x1237) and they will deploy it to your machine.
Start Endnote:
Some campus computers will have an Endnote icon on the bottom taskbar. If not click Start and choose Endnote Program from the program list.
You can synchronize your library across several machines and using Endnote Online
To enable Sync.
There are two methods of registration:
Note: always use your University email address in your Sync preferences. Do not use your Gmail, Hotmail etc.
You can only sync ONE library.
1.In EndNote, from the main Library window, click the Sync button that appears in the toolbar to open an Endnote Online Login dialog. Click the Sign Up button to begin the registration and activation process. Follow the online instructions.
2.In EndNote, go to the Edit menu and select Preferences > Sync Preferences. Click the Enable Sync button to go to the EndNote Web Login dialog. Click the Sign Up button to begin the registration and activation process. Follow the online instructions.
The record numbers will be preserved between the two desktop computers when using the Synchronization process.
