Known outages and closures

General information

• All campus libraries (including 24/7 spaces) will be closed from 10pm Tuesday 4 March until at least Monday 10 March. Updates can be found on the UniSC website.

Access to resources

• All online resources and collections remain accessible to current staff and students.
• No access to physical collections or related services, including Requests for Holds, Digitisation and Inter-library Loans.
• Requests for digitisation may be delayed or rejected during this closure.
• No new fines will be applied during the closure period.

Access to services

• You may contact the library via chat, email and phone 9am-4pm weekdays.
• You may email or complete an Ask a Librarian form and we will respond within 2 business days.
• Pre-booked, in-person appointments will be converted into Zoom meetings. You will be contacted by the librarian.
• Online appointments will continue to be offered each day.

Access to spaces

• No access to study spaces on campus. Though room bookings may have been made, you will not be able to access the spaces during the closure.
