Australian Tort Cases

The Australian Torts Reports is a subject law report series that brings important cases on tort law together. You will find these cases online in Tort & Personal Injury Law and commentary about the case in CCH Online. This information is provided by CCH editors.

This is useful but remember to view the FirstPoint or Casebase record for the case to find out:

  • if and where the case has been reported
  • the authorised version
  • if the case has been judicially considered
  • if there are any journal articles that discuss the case.

International Tort Cases

You may come across UK cases and cases from other jurisdictions in your reading. To find UK, US and Canadian cases use Thomson Reuters Westlaw  or Heinonline.
