With more and more books being published in electronic format, and the licensing restrictions that go with them, as well as the time required for postage, a chapter may be all that is needed. Chapter details may be found on Trove (a National Library of Australia service), sometimes with the publisher or even Google Books.
Libraries are able to share physical books across the network (interlibrary loans not available to UniSC Undergraduate students) - these books are available for a set period of time (depending on the lending library). If you feel you will need a book for a lengthy period of time please consider placing a purchase request.
