Document Delivery: Start here

1. For Journal Articles ensure you have searched Google Scholar as the item may be accessible there
2. Log in to the Library and search for the item
3. If the item does not appear in your results, select Expand results beyond USC Library
4. Find the item in the results and click on the title. (If no results - see Citation Search section below)
5. Select the Document delivery request, fill in the additional information and select Request
6. Your request is now submitted.

If you are unable to locate the item in the Library Search, follow the steps below.

1. Select Citation Search from the top menu
2. Enter as many details as possible and click Submit
3. Select the Document delivery request, fill in the additional information and select Request

Log into the Library to monitor progress on your document delivery request in the My Account. Click on Requests.

You will be notified by email when your request is available for collection from your campus library. Documents are delivered to your USC email address (e.g. journal articles).
