Note: All service desks close 15 minutes before the Library.

Is the book you want on loan?

If the item you want is on loan to someone else, you may Place a Hold in the Catalogue and select your campus as the pick-up location.

Is the book you want at another campus?

If the item you want is available at another campus, you may Place a Hold in the Catalogue and select your campus as the pick up location.

Only need a chapter?

Find an eligible item in the Catalogue and request a Digitisation of one chapter from a book. The PDF will be emailed to you.

Note: all requests must comply with copyright regulations.

Library help

Our friendly staff can help all library users with:

• using the Catalogue, DISCOVER, and the databases
• locating books and journals
• locating information online
• borrowing enquiries
• fines and overdue loans

Drop-in study support

Drop-in is the place to develop and extend your skills by accessing support staff, tutors and students to assist you as you learn.

Library spaces

The USC Sunshine Coast library has three levels, with the entry and exit points on Level 1, and offers:

• 24/7 access to the ground floor
• individual and group study spaces
• wireless and power outlets throughout all floors
• group study rooms (please use the online booking system)
• silent study areas (please turn your mobile phone to silent when you enter these areas)
• wheelchair accessible workstations are available near the library entrance
• printing, copying and scanning (colour printing and scanning on Level 1)
• general public computers with limited access to databases and resources for non-USC staff and students

Lost property

At USC Sunshine Coast, lost property can be handed in or collected from the Library Help Desk on Level 1 of the Library.
