All Deloitte Access Economics’ publications are copyright. Each publication contains the propriety information of Deloitte Access Economics Pty Ltd. All material in our publications is for subscribers’ exclusive use and may not be otherwise used or modified for or by any other person or sold to or otherwise provided in whole or in part to any other person or entity without the prior written consent of Deloitte Access Economics Pty Ltd. Deloitte Access Economics Pty Ltd data and commentary is not publicly available information.

All standard hard copy and electronic subscriptions are for subscribers’ use only. A standard hard copy or electronic subscription entitles employees of the same organisation and same physical location as the primary subscriber to the use of its contents for internal reporting purposes only. Only employees of your organisation may have access to the publications, up to 100 users.

Deloitte Access Economics publications must not be forwarded outside your organisation nor uploaded to an internet or intranet facility. They also cannot be used for inter-library loans without authorisation from Deloitte Access Economics.

Multiple user subscriptions

These subscriptions entitle subscribers to the same authorised use as standard hard copy and electronic subscriptions (as above) however is for employees of the same organisation and same physical location as the primary subscriber for numerous locations, depending on the number of locations purchased, up to 100 users per location. Also only for internal reporting purposes and again must not be forwarded outside your organisation nor uploaded to an internet or intranet facility, or used for inter-library loans without authorisation from Deloitte Access Economics.

National pack external subscriptions

The National Pack External entitles employees of the subscribing organisation to the use of the commentary and forecasts in a particular publication for external reporting purposes. The cost of the subscription includes up to eight hard copy or electronic copies of the publication, which may be distributed to any office of the organisation (in Australia and globally). Under the conditions of this subscription, the subscriber is no longer required to obtain written authorisation from Deloitte Access Economics each time the publication is used for external reporting purposes, such as notes or reports to clients. The National Pack External provides full use of data and commentary for reports to external clients. All references to Deloitte Access Economics forecasts and commentary must be sourced correctly. The publication, in its entirety, must not be forwarded to employees of other organisations and must not be on-sold. It also must not be uploaded to any website unless data has been sourced in a report and the report is uploaded to a site. The National Pack External cannot be used for Expert reporting, without authorisation from Deloitte Access Economics.

External use of data

Subscribers must seek written consent for the use of any Deloitte Access Economics data or commentary to be used for external reporting purposes, unless you subscribe to the National Pack. External reporting includes all correspondence which is forwarded to any party external to the subscribing organisation (including clients who are not employed by your organisation). An additional fee may apply.

Expert reporting

Please note the difference between external reporting and expert reporting. Expert reports include a Prospectus, Information Memorandum, Property Valuations, or reports that otherwise invoke legal obligations. Under the provision of the Corporations Law, expert reports are treated differently due to the legal obligations arising from such reports. If an organisation wishes to use Deloitte Access Economics Pty Ltd data or commentary for expert reporting purposes, such use requires a letter of consent from Deloitte Access Economics Pty Ltd, and an additional fee will apply.
