When a thesis is not available for loan, but a copy can be made, the USC Library will decide whether the thesis would be relevant for our collection.
If so, the Library will purchase the thesis and it will be included in the Library collection.
If not, you will be advised that purchase is possible, but the Library will not bear the costs.
