Downloading an eBook

Downloading an eBook gives you the option to "borrow" the eBook and view it offline (i.e. without an Internet connection). The option to download allows you to receive content from the eBook for a loan period. It does not allow you to save the eBook indefinitely. Downloading an eBook varies depending on your device:

It is important to know that EBSCO eBook downloads are specific to the device you download on to. For example, if you download an eBook on your laptop you will not be able to access the downloaded version on a student PC. You will still be able to read the eBook online on any device.

When you are on campus with a Student PC the library recommends reading the eBook online.
